OSHA Updates

OSHA proposed an update on 29 CFR Part 1926 (Cranes and Derricks in Construction) on Oct. 9, 2008. The comment period was originally set to end on January 22, 2009, but was extended to June 18, 2009. This proposed rule has not yet been passed into law.
